Deborah Grausman
DEBORAH GRAUSMAN is an actor, singer, voiceover artist, and (sometimes) producer. Currently, she can be heard as the voice of Smartie, Elmo’s new friend, on Sesame Street (HBO and PBS). She has toured all over the U.S. and Canada playing Chava in the North American Tour of Fiddler on the Roof with Topol and Harvey Fierstein. Other favorite roles include Little Red Ridinghood in Charlottesville Opera’s production of Into the Woods, Sharon in Master Class at Shakespeare & Company, and Wendy in Peter Pan at Media Theater. Her voice has been heard on national commercials, promos for Food Network, and on the audiobook What the Night Sings (Penguin Random House). She is thrilled to be a part of Broadway Hearts and is grateful to have the opportunity to bring a smile to a child’s face when they are going through (what for most of us is) the unimaginable. Deborah is passionate about philanthropy and servers on the Board of Directors for the national nonprofit, Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), and on the Board of the Edna Y. Schwartz Scholarship Fund. For more information please visit www.deborahgrausman.com and follow Deborah’s adventures on Instagram: @debgraus.
